Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen and plans are forced to change — there will be times a reservation needs to be cancelled. Consideration is encouraged in these situations. We purchase materials per person, so we will incur the cost of your supplies upon registration. Please try to give us as much notification as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.

Art Creation Station encourages you to find a replacement painter once a reservation has been made. Please settle the cost with that person and notify us that they are taking your place.

For cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the Event, we will offer the following options:

1. We may credit the full amount of the reservation. A credit may be issued by transferring the reservation to a later date or by issuing an e-gift certificate which may be used to make a reservation for up to one year from the date it is issued.
2. We may issue a partial refund of the purchased amount once guidelines are pre-printed.  

For cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the event, Art Creation Station is not obligated to give any refunds or credits.

Art Creation Station will not issue any refund or credit for no-shows.
